All orders currently ship out of USA. Any applicable Tax maybe be collected for certain states. As of July 1st, 2021 per the New European Union, the requirements state all import of physical goods under €150 to the EU may require VAT to be collected.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price:

  • Product must be received within 60 days from receipt, to be eligible.
  • Product must be in sealed in the original packaging and packed appropriately.

To start the process of a return:
  • Email us at contact@alpilean.com and include your order# in the subject line. This will start the process and confirm that your product(s) qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Include the item(s) you wish to return, your name, e-mail address associated with the purchase, and phone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
  • Once you have emailed us, package your return item(s) in the original product box and include your packing slip showing your order number.
  • Product(s) must be in sealed in the original packaging and packed appropriately. Product(s) must be returned to the return facility address provided.
To ensure the quick processing of your return please request the Return Facility Address from our customer service team at support@shopcontoursrx.com and provide your Order ID. Once your return is received any applicable refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed within 20 days upon receipt. Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of $7.95. Used products will qualify for a partial store credit only.

Note: Once your products are returned and inspected, they cannot be returned. Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the order. For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card. Product(s) must be in new, unmodified, and unused condition and received within 60 days from receipt to qualify. The time of processing may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card, this time generally takes up to 20 working days. Refunds are made on the same currency of the original order. Refunded amount may differ from the original purchase price depending on variations of the currency exchange rate.
